  • People never want to consider that a child might really be downright horrible and terrifying. It's the stuff of horror movies, not the 8th grade. To believe something like that easily would be a disservice to the countless troubled-but-not-without-concious kids that are out there.

  • You know, I support gun rights, but this wouldn't be the case to make that particular argument. This guy was only successful with the gun. The kid whose head he tried to bash in and the kid he tried to kill with a knife lived. His wife's odds would apparently have been better minus the gun.

  • Because staging a public facebook argument with the kid and getting into it with his friends, then vandalizing and locking his facebook page is definately an effective way to address concerns about his reckless behavior.

  • She either signed over guardianship of this boy to her mother, or the courts stripped her of it. That really does mean she has lost parental rights. It isn't just like in some divorce where some joint custody arrangement was reached.

  • This misses the point of his case - she may be technically his 'parent,' but she is not his custodial or legal guardian. She is, in fact, harassing a child for whome she lacks legal rights.

  • From someone whose penis related experience is mainly with other people's of both varieties... let me say, circ'd penises are weird looking when you're accustomed to seeing unaltered ones - especially seeing the head exposed on a young boy. It's almost obscene.
